Eligibility Criteria for Admission into B.Ed.
Reservation of seats
The College have 100 (one hundred) intake capacity as per NCTE Notification. 80 seats are generally filled up on merit basis followed by interview. 20 (twenty) Seats are reserved for College Management, which are filled up by the Life Members and the President of the Management by observing NCTE Norms .
Commencement of the Session:
Classes are generally started from the 1st week of July in every session
D.El.Ed. Admission procedure:-
The State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT), Assam conducts the D.El.Ed Pre-entrance Test (PET). The entrance exam is conducted to offer admission into 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course. The aspirants are offered admission in two batches one for the Lower primary and the other for the Upper primary course. The aspirants must be a resident of Assam to apply for SCERT Assam D.El.Ed 2019. Admission to the Lower primary batch is granted to those who qualifies the 10+2 examination, and admission to the upper primary batch is open for those who holds a graduation degree in any discipline.
